Michael Choi Part 1 - What should a seller look for when deciding to sell their house

Look at say, 3 agents and see all the recent sales they’ve had and how similar they are to your house and what price they sold for.

The best advice I can give a potential seller in choosing a real estate agent is to google them.

Find out as much as you can see who has market share in the area

Not always does the market leader mean you’re going to get the best price, sometimes they’re too busy.

But if someone has market share, it generally means they’ve been in the industry for a while, they have a track record, they have a good reputation.

you can piggyback on social confidence and on what other people have said and what they’ve chosen.
So
do a google search on them, find out their track record in the sales as well.

Look at say, 3 agents and see all the recent sales they’ve had and how similar they are to your house and what price they sold for.

Make sure they provide you comparable sales on why they think your house is worth what they say it’s worth and ask them for their points of difference. Each company will have their own point of difference and it’s important to understand what each company's point of difference is and how they will provide value to you.

See what resonates with you the most.
