Meet Sam Master - What were you like as a child and how did that impact your adulthood?

"I always knew that the only way you can be successful in life is by helping people"

A chat with Sam Master.

A cool guy with a captivating presence about him. I had the opportunity to sit down with him and chat about his career, previous jobs and what it takes to build a strong foundation in Real Estate.

Here is part 3 of 4, of the Meet Sam Master series.

Enter Sam Master:

" I've had a really good upbringing with my parents, two older sisters, good family, small but loving family.
I wouldn't say it was a life event, but I think it was more when I was working in my first job, which was McDonald's.

I would always wake up at 3 o'clock in the morning, catch the first train back in the day, also living Burwood East catch the first train from Burwood East to the city which is around 4:30 - 5 o'clock and I would work until 3 p.m. in the afternoon. So I was always hard-working, I always knew that the only way you can be successful in life is by helping people, and the sales industry was quite attractive from a perspective where there was no ceiling and no limits, that means you can help as many people as you can and you can make as much money as you can.

I don't think there's any industry apart from sales I believe, that you can do this, so when I got into sales and I didn't know if I was going to be good at it or not, but because I came from a perspective of you know, working
hard give my best and help people, I think that's why I enjoyed it more, and of course the reason why I want to do that is to provide for my family, to look after my parents now I'm married.

I just had a daughter two weeks ago, so now it's the same reason I want to make money or be successful, is not just so that I can have a flashy car or house, but it's more about providing for my family and giving them a good life and that's most important to me".
