How to Apply for a Rental Property
Finding a new home can be both exciting and stressful, by following these tips we can make the process quick and simple.

Once you have decided which property you would like to rent, you will then need to complete a Tenancy Application Form.

You will need to disclose some personal and contact details, as well as current and previous rental history information. We will require 100 points of identification, employment and income details for each tenant applying for the property. Your references need to be readily available with current and correct business hours and after hours contacts numbers.

Finally, please note that we may check the two national tenant databases as part of our application process. Our checks are simply to confirm that applicants are able to pay the rent on time and keep the property clean, damage free and maintain the grounds to a high standard.

It is important that you follow the instructions outlined on the application form, and complete the form in its entirety.

We strive to get back to our applicants within 48 hours, to let you know if you have been successful or unsuccessful with your application. There may be instances where you may have missed out on a property, we will endeavour to find you another property which is suitable.
