The small suburb of Lynbrook is located just 36 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, south of Hampton Park and was last totalled with a population of 6,772. Lynbrook was originally apart of Lyndhurst and was developed as its own suburb in 1994.


Schools
The Lynbrook Maternal Child Health Centre was established by Casey Council and opened on 2006, this center cares for infants and kindergarten ages. The modern environmental Lynbrook Primary School then accommodates up to nearly 1000 students and is centrally located on Paterson Drive, as well as a new Catholic Primary School St Francis De Sales. Lyndhurst Secondary College is the closet High School to Lynbrook, just a quick 5.5k away.
