We both agreed to draw up a new contract for sale, this time listed at $209,000. After a lot of hard work and patience by Robyn, a buyer was found and the price of sale to the new owner was $205,500. Robyn displayed a totally professional approach to the sale of my unit and I would recommend her to any potential seller of properties being conducted through Hugh Reilly or any other real estate firm she finds herself employed at.
